Who we are

What we collect

What you give us in the request form

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your city and the service you need
• Anything you write in the message, such as where the vehicle is and what happened

What you give us when you call

• Your phone number, your location, your vehicle and what you tell dispatch about the problem

What is collected automatically when you visit

• Your IP address, which shows your approximate location
• Your browser and device type
• The pages you view and how you reached the site
• If you arrived from one of our ads, the campaign details and Google click ID attached to that visit
• How you use the pages: where you move, tap, click and scroll. This is recorded by Microsoft Clarity so we can see where the site is hard to use. By default Clarity hides what you type into form fields.

How we use it

• To answer your request, give you a quote and send a truck
• To contact you about that request by phone call, text message or email
• To see how the website is used and where it is hard to use
• To see which of our ads lead to calls and requests
• To keep the website secure and working

Who receives it

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your phone number with anyone for their own marketing.

These companies handle information for us so the website and the business can run:

• Google: Google Analytics (visits and pages), Google Tag Manager, Google Ads (whether an ad led to a call or a request) and Google Maps (the maps on our pages)
• Microsoft: Microsoft Clarity (recordings of how pages are used)
• Our website host and email provider: they store the site and deliver the requests you send
• Wordfence: website security, which checks IP addresses to block attacks

We may use Google Ads to measure our advertising and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. California law can treat that kind of advertising as “sharing” personal information. You can turn this off in Opt-out Preferences.

We also give information to the authorities when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep requests and call details for as long as we need them to do the job and to keep our business records. Website measurement data is kept by Google and Microsoft for the periods set in those services.

Your choices

• Cookies and measurement: use the Opt-out Preferences page to turn off the cookies used for measurement and advertising. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out.
• Your information: you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email guerratowing1@gmail.com or call (408) 828-6533. We may need to confirm who you are first. We answer within 45 days.

California privacy rights

If you live in California you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, the right to have it corrected or deleted, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights. You can use them yourself or through someone you authorize in writing.

Children

This website is for adults who need a tow or roadside help. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the date at the top.
